At the moment the platform isn't available for residents in California, Connecticut, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington or Wisconsin.
Our agents undergo extensive training on customer service best practices, product knowledge, and communication skills to ensure they can provide the highest level of support to our customers. Training can range from one to five weeks.
Our background check service is conducted through a trusted third-party vendor and is valid for a period of 36 months. The cost for this comprehensive background check is $30.
Agents must complete a minimum of 15 work hours per week.
Agents have the freedom to create their own work schedule. Weather they choose to work in the early mornings, throughout the day, or late at night, they can pick time slots that align with their personal lifestyle & commitments. This level of flexibility encourages a more productive and fulfilling work experience.
Our agents earn between $11-$17 per hour, depending on which opportunity they choose to service on the platform.
We currently do not provide equipment. Agents are required to have their own Windows computer to work on the platform as a customer service agent.
Our agents are 1099 independent contractors.
